By using Aube, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Aube is an AI-powered psychological wellbeing companion. It offers a conversation with an AI, breathing exercises, a personal journal, and mood statistics.
Aube is NOT a psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist or any other health professional, and is in no way a replacement for care provided by one. Aube makes no diagnosis, prescribes no treatment, and provides neither medical advice, nor psychiatric advice, nor psychotherapy. Exchanges with Aube do not constitute a care relationship.
SUBSCRIPTION, FREE TRIAL AND RENEWAL
Access to Aube requires a subscription. Plans: €7.99 per month, or €59.99 per year (that is €5.00 a month, roughly a 37% saving on the monthly rate). The prices shown in the app prevail: they are converted into your currency and include the taxes applicable in your country.
Every new user gets a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the plan you selected is charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment is collected by the App Store (Apple) or the Google Play Store (Android), depending on your device. We neither receive nor store any payment card details.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Management and cancellation take place in your store's subscription settings (a shortcut is available in the app menu). Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
If the subscription is not renewed, access to the features is suspended on the expiry date. Your local data stays on your device and is available again if you resubscribe. Refund requests are governed by App Store or Google Play Store policy.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use Aube lawfully and respectfully. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures, extract others' data, or use the app for commercial purposes without authorization.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All app content (design, text, code, logo) is protected by copyright. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited. © 2025 Aube. All rights reserved.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aube is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In a psychological crisis, immediately contact a mental health professional or emergency services.
CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law.
